I was delighted to be invited to preview Mothercare’s Autumn-Winter collection. 

This time I brought Josh, the event was set up perfectly for kids but one refusal to get out of the car, a wee on the floor and a full scale toddler tantrum I was beginning to wonder if it was such a good idea.. 

He warmed up and played away then, eying up some of the great ELC toys for his Santa list while I hand a wander. 

I was drawn at this stage of my pregnancy to their My First Collection, especially designed for newborns with all the considerations in making the product. No labels, wide necks and soft cotton. There is a range of the usual muted tones but I loved some of the other items too.

They had a few of thier Christmas items on display and this year I am going to get ahead of the game and get some jammies for what will be the two boys as last year I left it too late and there wasn’t a festive pj to be had!

They have also the well known collaboration with Jools Oliver in Little Bird but have also collaborated with Mylenne Klass. I find both ranges a little more driven towards girls but I did think these boots were super cute.
